Absence of menstrual period is also known as amenorrhea. This is a condition when a woman doesn’t have menstrual periods in her reproductive phase of her life. Causes of Secondary Amenorrhea

Add a teaspoon of cinnamon powder to a glass of milk and drink every day before going to sleep.
Include raw mint leaves in your daily diet. You can add mint to your favorite smoothies or healthy juices.

Boil little saffron in half cup of water. Reduce to tablespoon and consume this three times little by little.
